The Principals

A partnership of fifteen years. A network built over thirty.

Since 2011, Justin Caffrey and James-Paul Galligan have worked together across multiple ventures — the ownership of regulated firms, restructures, distressed sales and private funding mandates. What began as adviser and client became a partnership of principals, investing side by side.

The Nexus

One builds the momentum. The other makes it defensible.

Caffrey sets the vision — strategy across the stable of investments, the development of leaders, the drive for revenue. Galligan holds the line — the legals, the litigation, the governance. The strength of the partnership is the nexus of the two: commercial ambition executed inside a framework of legal discipline, so every transaction moves at pace and stands up to scrutiny.
